Quality Coordinator - Full Time  |  Kilrea Area 
 
Join a successful manufacturing business in Kilrea as a Quality Coordinator, supporting key compliance, quality and health & safety processes across the engineering organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to broaden their skillset, gain specialist industry knowledge and develop a rewarding career. 

Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone looking to progress into a compliance-focused position with genuine opportunities for development.
 
Key Details: 
  • Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum 
  • Monday to Friday, 4 day working week 
  • Full training and development across HSE, Quality and Compliance functions

Working closely with operational teams, you will help support and maintain health and safety standards, compliance processes, environmental records, and quality systems across the business. Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintain quality documentation and compliance systems
  • Support audits, inspections and corrective actions
  • Monitor quality standards, procedures and training records
  • Produce quality reports and management data
  • Coordinate quality-related training and compliance requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement and quality best practice
  • Ensure all documentation remains accurate and audit-ready
  • Liaise with production teams to support quality performance and customer satisfaction
What You'll Need: 
  • Previous administration experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and report preparation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records
  • Good analytical and organisational skills
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • An interest in Health & Safety, Compliance, Quality, or Environmental Management
