HSE Compliance Coordinator - Full Time  |  Rasharkin  
 
Are you an organised administrator with experience in a manufacturing environment and an interest in Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) compliance?
 
Key Details: 
  • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Full training and development across HSE, Quality and Compliance functions

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business and develop a rewarding career in HSE, Quality, and Compliance. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone looking to progress from administration into a specialist compliance position.
 
Working closely with operational teams, you will help support and maintain health and safety standards, compliance processes, environmental records, and quality systems across the business. Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining health and safety records, documentation, and compliance systems
  • Assisting with risk assessments, inspections, and internal audits
  • Supporting accident, incident, and near-miss reporting processes
  • Monitoring and updating policies, procedures, and training records
  • Assisting with environmental compliance documentation and reporting
  • Producing reports, spreadsheets, and compliance data for management review
  • Supporting quality management and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinating employee training records and compliance requirements
  • Working closely with production and management teams to promote a positive safety culture
  • Ensuring documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready
What You'll Need: 
  • Previous administration experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and report preparation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records
  • Good analytical and organisational skills
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • An interest in Health & Safety, Compliance, Quality, or Environmental Management
