About the Role:
Reporting to the Senior Process Engineer, the Project Validations Engineer will
- Lead validation activities across equipment, processes and materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and site procedures.
- Working closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams, you'll support process improvements, project delivery, equipment qualification, troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance.
Criteria:
- Degree in Engineering, Science or a related discipline required, and/or significant experience in a similar role and experience in a medical device environment.
- Proven track record in validation execution
- 4/5 years’ experience in validations required
- Lean/Six Sigma Training an advantage
- Proven track record in validation execution
- Strong statistical skills and process capability are required.
- Strong report writing skills
- Self-directed and results driven team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to operate cross functionally
