Production Operatives - Moore Concrete - Ballymena

Due to continued growth, Moore Concrete is seeking Production Operatives to join their Ballymena team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in manufacturing, construction or agriculture to secure a long-term role with immediate starts available and a supportive working environment.
About the role:
- £13.00 per hour starting rate
- Immediate full time positions
- Day shifts, 6.00 am starting time
- Pattern of work will be agreed following successful interview. Shift allowance will be payable if applicable.
- 30 days annual leave

What you'll be doing in this role:
- Follow all company Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) procedures.
- Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets and maintain efficiency.
- Communicate progress regularly with Team Leaders and complete daily records (e.g. timesheets).
- Take part in Operational Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area (housekeeping duties).
- Support across different areas of production as required and attend relevant training.
What you'll need for this role:
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, agriculture, or a similar industry.
- Awareness of Health & Safety standards and willingness to maintain cleanliness.
- Flexibility in working hours and ability to adapt to changing duties.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand written and spoken English.
