Skilled Grounds Workers - Castledawson
An excellent opportunity has arisen for experienced Skilled Grounds Workers to join a busy and well-established team in Castledawson.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship across varied projects within a fast-paced working environment.
About this role:
- £14.00 - £16.10 per hour
- Monday to Friday (7.30am - 4.30pm)

What you'll be doing in this role:
- Carry out grounds work and general construction works on both void and tenanted properties
- Complete works including kerbing, flagging, fencing, blockwork and concreting to a high standard
- Work as part of a team to deliver a professional, courteous and considerate service to clients and tenants
- Move, install, secure and handle materials safely, including loading and unloading as required
- Operate a range of hand tools, power tools and equipment appropriate to the task and site
- Ensure all work areas are left clean, tidy and safe at the end of each day
- Work under instruction to meet client requirements and project specifications
- Follow all health and safety procedures and ensure correct use of PPE at all times
- Complete and submit accurate site records and documentation, both electronic and paper-based, in line with contract requirements
What you'll need for this role:
- Have recent relevant experience
- Strong background in grounds work and maintenance services
- Full driving licence
- Valid CSR Card
- Access NI Disclosure Check will be required for this position. A criminal record will not necessarily be a barrier to employment.
