Farm Liaison Manager - Omagh (West Northern Ireland) - Permanent

Are you from a farming or agri background and looking for something more structured, with great long-term potential? We are recruiting for a hands-on Farm Liaison Manager to join a growing agri-tech company working across farms in the West of Northern Ireland.

This is a field-based role where no two days are the same – combining farm visits, practical work, and working with new environmentally focused systems.

What’s On Offer:
  • £Competitive salary
  • 37–40 hours per week (Mon–Fri)
  • Occasional Saturday (day off in lieu)
  • Company van provided (must be aged 25+)
  • Paid in Euro or Sterling
  • Long-term opportunity in a growing sector
  • Strong potential for future development
  • Omagh / West NI (Field-Based Role)
  • Company Van Provided

The Role

You will manage a number of farms (approx. 15–20 on a cycle) and be responsible for:

  • Visiting farms and gathering key information (livestock, slurry tanks, volumes etc.)
  • Acting as the main point of contact for farmers
  • Carrying out hands-on work, including slurry tank operations and dosing
  • Installing systems (pipework, tanks, pumps, sensors)
  • Carrying out maintenance and repeat visits to monitor performance

Over time, systems become more automated – but you’ll still be key in managing and maintaining sites.

What We’re Looking For:

This role is perfect for someone who:

  • Has a farming / agricultural background
  • Is hands-on and practical
  • Is comfortable working outdoors and on farms
  • Has strong communication skills
  • Can work on their own initiative

Ideal backgrounds:

  • Farming
  • Plant / machinery / yard work
  • Agricultural services
  • Transport / logistics in agri settings

Why Apply?

  • Work across farms in your local area
  • Get variety – no 2 days the same
  • Be part of an environmentally focused, growing business
  • Use your practical skills in a structured, reliable role

If you’re someone who enjoys farm work but wants something more structured and long-term, this is a great opportunity to move into a new type of role within agriculture.

Apply online, email [email protected] or call Tina on 028 7032 6600 to find out more.
