About the Role:
- £14.35 per hour
- Monday - Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- 37 hours per week,
- Holiday Entitlement: 35 days pro-rata
- Duration: Temporary, ongoing

What you'll be doing in this role:
- To provide comprehensive administrative support related to the work of Land and Regeneration Services business unit objectives.
- To assist in the administration of applications and submissions on a range of Land and Regeneration Service functions.
- To assist in the preparation and development of statistical information and management reports.
- Assist in the implementation and review of policies and procedures.
- Assist with the preparation of written reports for senior management on a range of Land and Regeneration Service functions.
- Maintenance and development of Land and Regeneration Service databases or IT support systems using Microsoft packages including e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel or Access.
What you'll need for this role:
- Hold a BTEC Higher or equivalent Level 5 qualification plus demonstrate 1 year of relevant general administrative experience
- OR hold a National or equivalent qualification plus demonstrate 2 years of relevant general administrative experience
- OR can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/experiential learning plus a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
- As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic Access NI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
