General Operative - Ballymena
Join a busy manufacturing company in Ballymena as a General Operative. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in production, looking to work in a practical, fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are valued.
About this role:
- £12.75 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- 8.30am - 5pm shifts with 4pm finish on Friday
What you'll be doing in this role:
- Prepare and finish machined components using hand tools or air tools ( Sanders and Polishing equipment )
- Operate basic machinery and equipment after training.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and air-powered tools (e.g., orbital sanders).
What you'll need for this role:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production desired
- Confidence using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
