Production Supervisor - Toomebridge - Permanent
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a well-established manufacturing facility in the Toome area. This is a key role within a busy production environment, where you will lead daily operations, support team performance, and ensure production targets, quality standards, and health and safety requirements are consistently achieved.
About this role:
- £40,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift
- Permanent role
What you'll be doing in this role:
- Leading and supervising all day-to-day operational functions to ensure full, efficient production.
- Maintaining a strong health, safety, and housekeeping culture across the site.
- Achieving daily production and capacity targets, ensuring all KPIs are consistently met.
- Planning, allocating, and coordinating labour and resources to guarantee smooth workflow.
- Managing production costs and budgets to support wider financial and operational goals.
- Ensuring all products meet high-quality standards, both structurally and aesthetically.
- Supporting continuous improvement across processes, workflow, and team performance.
- Monitoring progress, identifying issues quickly, and implementing effective solutions.
- Communicating clearly with your team, senior management, and other departments.
What you'll need for this role:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a production supervisory role within construction manufacturing, engineering, or a similar industrial environment.
- Strong track record of meeting daily output targets while maintaining top-tier quality.
- Proven leadership, people management, and team development experience.
- Ability to manage labour resources, monitor factory costs, and support budget control.
- Competence in reading and interpreting technical drawings and converting these into practical production requirements.
- Excellent organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to perform under pressure.
