Administrator - Lisburn
This role sits within a dedicated team providing a single point of contact for community clients, supporting the delivery of an efficient and effective service across HSCNI. The Administrator will manage ring-back services, process requisitions, and coordinate the scheduling and delivery of daily living equipment and continence products.
About this role:
- £12.31 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- 37.5 hours per week
- Temporary on going with immediate start

What you'll need for this role:
- Operating PC with various software packages to ensure that an efficient and effective service is provided to both Trust professionals and clients of the Community Equipment and continence service.
- Liaison with professional staff e.g. Occupational Therapist, District Nursing to ensure information on system is up to date and
- accurate.
- Schedule and co-ordinate the delivery and collection of both community equipment and continence products to ensure maximisation of vehicle runs.
- Dealing with members of the public either at the counter or via telephone, ensuring that their product request/issues are dealt with in a courteous and timely manner.
- Preparation of Equipment Collection Dockets, liaison with clients for scheduling uplift and return of CECS equipment to Warehouse. Proactively seeking to ensure equipment is returned and credited.
- Responsible for ensuring that the filing of requisitions, delivery and collection notes and all other paperwork is completed daily.
- Ensuring that all returned equipment is accurately recorded on all relevant internal and external electronic databases.
- Investigate and resolve all customer queries.
What you'll need for this role:
- 12 Month’s relevant experience ,experience should be in a customer service/purchasing and logistics environment with regular use of patient administration computer systems and order processing computer systems.
- Five GCSE’s (including GCSE English Language and GCSE Maths (Grades A* to C) OR equivalent qualification to demonstrate literacy and numeracy OR Higher qualifications.
- All applicants must have one year’s experience working with Microsoft Office software to include Word, Excel and Outlook or similar
