Project Manager EPRR - Lisburn
The Project Manager (EPRR) will support regional delivery of directorate objectives by managing reform initiatives, stakeholder engagement, performance monitoring, and service improvement activity, helping to drive effective and consistent change across the region.
About the role:
- £23.60 per hour
- Hours of Work: Part - time, 15 - 22.5 hours per week
- Duration: approx 6 months

Duties include:
- Support senior management in planning and delivering service improvement projects to agreed timescales and budgets.
- Lead and participate in internal and external project and working groups to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Provide high-quality project analysis to support resource targeting, monitoring and evaluation of improvement initiatives.
- Analyse complex data and benchmarking information to inform performance improvement and regional comparisons.
- Lead the development of action plans to support Health and Social Care organisations in meeting performance targets.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and contribute to medium to long-term performance improvement strategies.
- Present project findings, performance information and proposed changes to a wide range of stakeholders, including communicating sensitive information where required.
- Use evidence-based research and awareness of national and international developments to inform policy, reform activity and future projects.
What you'll need for this role:
- A university degree or relevant professional qualification and at least 3 years’ experience working in a service improvement
environment that demonstrates responsibility for delivering service.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience of undertaking and presenting detailed analysis of complex data to senior management to support the delivery service improvement and to achieve successful outcomes.
- OR At least 5 years’ experience of working in a service improvement environment that demonstrates responsibility for delivering service reform against a range of challenging targets/objectives
- Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment.
