Job details:
- Up to £20.00 per hour
- Monday - Friday
- 8.00 am – 5.00 pm (opportunities for additional hours)
- Full time
- On-the-job training on feed mill production machinery
- Permanent role
What you'll be doing in this role:
- You’ll play a key role in keeping production milling and materials transfer equipment running smoothly.
- Preventative and reactive maintenance
- Mechanical repairs and electro/mechanical troubleshooting
- Assisting with the installation of new equipment
- Improving equipment efficiency and ensuring a safe working environment
What you'll need for this role:
- Proven experience in mechanical equipment maintenance (3+ years)
- Strong electro/mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work indoors, outdoors, and in all weather conditions
- Good spoken & written English communication skills
- Forklift license (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to lift 30kg
- Valid UK driving license & own transportation
