About the role:
- £23.60 per hour
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 37.5 hours a week
- Temporary role until 31st March 2026

What you'll be doing in this role:
- Provide specialist advice, create strategies, options and a recommendation on strategies for the analysis and documentation of highly complex clinical and administrative workflows, information, data collection and/or reporting requirements.
- Lead in the analysis and documentation of complex clinical and administrative workflows, information, data collection and/or reporting requirements.
- Lead the workstream on the identification of Service requirements, workflows and processes and present this complex information in an easily digestible format for prioritisation with large groups of clinical and non-clinical users.
- Influence, negotiate and resolve complex queries to achieve sign off of deliverables in a highly complex and interdependent Clinical Service and non-clinical governance structure.
- Plan, develop, manage, review and own the overall solution information repository which will cross all medical specialty areas and key technical areas including data migration, complex interfaces, system infrastructure and operational readiness.
- Design, implementation and review of Authority specific configuration items to meet Authority requirements for the new system.
- Lead and deliver small to medium sized ICT projects to time and budget as directed and advised.
- Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to develop business cases; Manage projects through the required formal approval stages such business case approvals.
- Develop plans and strategies for delivery of projects. Produce documentation and reports in line with BSO and HSC Standards and Practices as appropriate. Report project progress through Highlight Reports, Stage and Exception Plans as required;
What you'll need for this role:
- Experience in 5 Case Model Business Cases
- Experience in Portfolio Management, to include Benefits, Risks and Change Management
- Extensive experience in Microsoft packages
- Experience in Strategic Planning, Transformational Change, Business Development, Program/Project Management and Stakeholder Relationships
- Experience in delivering positive change and improvement in larger public sector organisations
