About the role:
- £13.26 per hour
- Monday to Friday (09:00am - 5:00pm)
- 37 hours per week,
- Holidays: 35 days pro rata
- Duration: Temporary, ongoing

What you'll be doing in this role:
- Provide timely administrative and co-ordination support to the Housing Support Officer.
- Input data, maintain records, and reporting systems.
- Act as initial point of contact for customer queries.
- Help monitor and manage team inbox.
What you'll need for this role:
- 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English.
- 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar role, showing clear evidence of excellent written and communication skills.
- IT/Microsoft Office Proficiency - Intermediate.
- The ability to work on their own initiative and prioritize own workload when necessary.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to interact with customers.
- As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
