Customer Service & Training Specialist - Ballymena - Permanent

About the role:
- £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday
- Permanent role
What you'll be doing in this role:
- Deliver customer training across the full product range, including robot systems, dispensing lockers and eMAR software for care homes.
- Provide exceptional customer support, building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth onboarding journey.
- Assist with the planning and project management of customer installations.
- Test hardware and software to ensure products meet operational standards.
- Prepare robot canisters for customer installations.
- Represent the company at trade shows and events.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for service improvement.
- Travel occasionally within Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and the UK for training and customer visits.
What you'll need for this role:
- Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting as a Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Robot Operator or Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT).
- Strong communication, organisational and project management skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and providing effective training.
- Ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail and as part of a collaborative team.
