Customer Care and Sales Agent - Ballymoney - Permanent
An exciting opportunity is available for a passionate and efficient Customer Care and Sales Agent to provide exceptional service by handling customer queries, processing orders, upselling products, and supporting overall team targets and business goals.
About the role:
- £12.21 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- 37 hours a week

What you'll be doing in this role:
- Answering calls, cases, chats and other means of communication with our customers
- Providing a high standard of customer service
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Upselling, cross-selling, and promoting new products
- Maintaining extensive product knowledge and continuing to learn about the products and the wider grooming industry
- Attending events such as grooming and Trade shows
- Various administrative tasks (such as booking collections, post, etc)
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
What you'll need for this role:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferable, but not necessary
- Experience of working as part of a team, and/or providing great customer care
- Minimum Grade C (or equivalent) in GCSE English and Maths
