Administration Assistant - Maghera
We are recruiting for a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Assistant to join a leading structural steel design and installation business in Maghera. This permanent role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
About the role:
- £30,000 per annum
- Monday to Thursday (9:00am – 3pm), Friday (9.00am - 1.00pm)
- Opportunity to develop within a well-established and growing structural steel business.

What you'll be doing in this role:
- Input accounts payable invoices onto the system accurately and efficiently.
- Order products and materials to support ongoing operations and site requirements.
- Book hotels and accommodation for work crews as required.
- Manage plant hire arrangements for multiple sites, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Provide general administrative support across the office, maintaining accurate records and files.
- Support management and colleagues with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
What you'll need for this role:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction, manufacturing, or a similar industry.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
