Administration Assistant - Maghera
 
We are recruiting for a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Assistant to join a leading structural steel design and installation business in Maghera. This permanent role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
 
 
About the role:
  • £30,000 per annum
  • Monday to Thursday (9:00am – 3pm), Friday (9.00am - 1.00pm) 
  • Opportunity to develop within a well-established and growing structural steel business.

What you'll be doing in this role:
  •  Input accounts payable invoices onto the system accurately and efficiently.
  • Order products and materials to support ongoing operations and site requirements.
  • Book hotels and accommodation for work crews as required.
  • Manage plant hire arrangements for multiple sites, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
  • Provide general administrative support across the office, maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Support management and colleagues with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
What you'll need for this role:
  •  Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction, manufacturing, or a similar industry.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
