Senior M&E Project Manager - London, England - Permanent
Would you like the opportunity to work in London as a Senior M&E Project Manager with a leading building services contractor? This role offers the chance to oversee the delivery of high-value Mechanical and Electrical projects across sectors including Healthcare, Higher Education, Life Sciences and Office Fit-Outs, playing a key part in driving quality, compliance and successful project outcomes.
About the role:
- £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday
- Location: London
- Bonus, Private Healthcare Insurance and much more
- Permanent / Full Time
What you'll be doing in this role:
- Manage and oversee all M&E building services works on site.
- Interpret drawings and specifications to support accurate costing and project planning.
- Conduct site inductions, daily briefs, toolbox talks, and prepare/issue RAMS.
- Prepare and issue technical submissions, oversee procurement and timely delivery of materials, and coordinate with subcontractors and specialists.
- Monitor programme progress and report to the Main Contractor, Client, and Operations Manager.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality, health & safety, and compliance with company IMS systems.
- Attend and contribute to project/client meetings, providing clear updates and reports.
What you'll need for this role:
- Proven experience in M&E services within a subcontractor environment.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Project or Contract Management.
- Strong track record of managing projects from inception through to completion.
- Trade or engineering background preferred.
- Excellent understanding of the full project lifecycle, including procurement, commercial, and quality aspects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
