About the role:
- £12.21 per hour
- School Nursing Thomas Street Clinic, Dungannon
- 24 hours per week (must be worked over 4 days Monday to Friday)

What you'll be doing in this role:
- Provide admin support to the school nursing team and manager in their delivery of the Healthy Child, Healthy Future Programme which includes the delivery of the regional immunisation programme and the regional paediatric flu programme.
- Prepare packs/ envelopes for distribution to pupils in schools.
- Deliver and collect correspondence to schools on behalf of the school nursing service.
- Contacting GP surgeries/ parents for updates on vaccination histories.
- Order and check stores for the team.
- Inputting data on to a computerised system and extracting information if required from the Child Health system
What you'll need for this role:
- 3 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language or equivalent / higher qualification AND 1 years’ experience in a clerical/ administrative role
- OR 2 years experience in a clerical/administrative role
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Word or equivalent
- Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment. This criteria will be waived in the case of applicants whose disability prohibits driving but who have access to a form of transport approved by the Organisation which will permit them to carry out the duties of the post.
