Production Shift Operator - Toome - Permanent

About this role:
- £16.00 - £16.50 per hour
- Approximately 40 hours a week
- Immediate start avaialble
- Various shifts available
- Permanent role
What you'll be doing in this role:
- Operate machinery and equipment for producing concrete products (e.g. precast panels, beams, flooring units).
- Follow production schedules and work orders to meet daily targets.
- Assist with setting up moulds and forms before pouring concrete.
- Mix, pour, and compact concrete to the required standards.
- Measure and verify dimensions to ensure they meet specifications.
- Load and unload raw materials (cement, aggregates, steel reinforcement).
- Move products within the production area using forklifts, pallet trucks, or cranes (if trained).
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, machine operators, and quality inspectors.
What you'll need for this role:
- Experience in a manufacturing, production or similar environment
- A strong work ethic and team-player attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required
- Good attention to detail and reliability
