About the role: 
  • £Competitive salary
  • 3/4 days a week
  • Day time hours and weekends off 
  • Permanent position
  • Business established nearly 40 years 
What will you be doing?
  • Inputting purchase orders
  • Looking after fleet vehicles making sure taxed/insured etc
  • Accepting and signing in deliveries
  • Dealing with incoming calls, email/written correspondence
  • Processing new electrical installations on internal portal (full training given)
  • General office admin 
What experience do you need?
  • Previous experience in a similar role ie Office Administrator or similar 
  • Confident using MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Sage (training will be given on Sage)
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Full driving Licence and access to form of transport
