IT Factory Projects Coordinator - Ballymena - Moore Concrete

With over 190 employees, Moore Concrete is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled IT Factory Projects Coordinator to lead digital transformation initiatives across factory operations.
As IT Factory Projects Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in the rollout and adoption of Factory Track and other operational IT systems. You’ll work hands-on with software tools, production teams, and senior management to ensure smooth implementation, user training, and continued support—all with the goal of improving efficiency, transparency, and performance on the shop floor.
About the role:
- £30,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
- Immediate starts available!
- 40 hours per week

Duties:
- Manage the project rollout of Factory Track for shop floor and quality operations
- Configure user accounts, test systems, and train users for successful adoption
- Design and implement product labelling using Bar Tender software
- Set up dashboards, data views, and factory displays to enhance visibility and transparency
- Integrate time-tracking and production monitoring systems
- Support the implementation of additional modules including Maintenance, Quality, Service, and Warehouse Mobility
- Provide training to both staff and management teams, and ongoing user support
- Deliver process improvements and propose digital solutions aligned with operational goals
- Maintain close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and transition during project phases
Criteria:
- Strong IT skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Logical understanding of databases and software table structures
- Proactive problem-solver with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and training capabilities
- Commercial awareness and ability to collaborate across departments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Infor Syteline)
- Knowledge of KPI-driven environments
- Ability to create dashboards or digital reports based on data
