About the role:
- £14.84 per hour
- Ballymena Showgrounds
- 37 hrs per week Monday to Friday - the post holder will be expected to work outside of these hours at weekends, evenings and public holidays as dictated by the needs of the service.
- Temporary - 3 months (possibility of extension)

What you'll be doing in this role:
- The post holder will work in conjunction with Operational Staff to verify waste collection and disposal agreements with commercial businesses, voluntary sector organisations, schools and other organisations
- The post holder will provide sound and professional advice to customers on the best service arrangements for their particular needs.
- The post holder will monitor compliance of the service against current legislation and service requirements in terms of commercial waste collection and disposal.
Criteria:
- Applicants must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs to include English Language and Maths (grade C or above) or equivalent qualifications to demonstrate literacy and numeracy
- Applicants must be able to demonstrate, by providing personal and specific examples, a minimum of two years’ (three years’ if Academic requirement in Criterion 1 is not met), to include: Proven ability to deliver results in a busy & challenging office environment
- Applicants must be able to demonstrate, by providing personal and specific examples, a minimum of two years’ (three years’ if Academic requirement in Criterion 1 is not met), to include: Experience of customer accounts and service audits
- Applicants must be able to demonstrate, by providing personal and specific examples, a minimum of two years’ (three years’ if Academic requirement in Criterion 1 is not met), to include: Adept in client database operations
- Applicants must be able to demonstrate, by providing personal and specific examples, a minimum of two years’ (three years’ if Academic requirement in Criterion 1 is not met), to include: Ability to problem solve & improve work processes
- A full current driving licence valid in the UK and access to a vehicle OR have access to a form of transport that enables you to carry out the duties of the post
