Bookkeeper - Coleraine - Permanent
Are you an experienced accounts professional? This could be your opportunity to secure yourself a key position within the finance and administration department for an established company based in Coleraine.
About the role:
- Circa £30,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday
- 37 hours a week
- 30 days annual leave
- Permanent role
In this role you will be maintaining the financial records of the business, supporting the Director, Business Administration with the preparation of financial statements.
What you'll be doing in this role:
- Purchase ledger maintenance and payments in a multicurrency environment.
- Sales Invoicing and monthly sales reporting
- Weekly Bank reconciliations.
- Weekly and monthly cash flow forecasting.
- Quarterly vat returns.
- Monthly EC sales and Intrastat reporting.
- Year-end financial audit support.
- Nominal ledger analysis.
- Be flexible to demands of the role.
What you'll need for this role:
- At least 5 years accounting experience/ relevant accounting qualification
- Experience of Accounting/ MRP systems
- Significant administration experience
- Computer literate in word processing and spreadsheets.
- Self motivated and capable of working within a small team.
- Respect and maintain confidentiality.
- Proven organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise work
