About the role:
- Up to £14.00 ph
- Monday to Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and Fridays :00 am – 1:15 pm
- Full time
- Permanent

As a HR Officer, you will be at the heart of the organisation, offering specialist HR advice and support on a wide range of areas, including
- Providing expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law
- Supporting management with complex employee relations matters
- Managing recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent
- Overseeing attendance, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
- Developing and implementing HR policies that align with business objectives
- Driving HR projects that support the organisation’s growth and success
Criteria:
- Level 7 qualification – Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management or equivalent
- CIPD Membership – Associate level (Assoc CIPD) or above
- 3+ years' HR experience advising senior management on complex HR matters
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- A valid driving licence or access to transport to meet role requirements
