- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

As a Junior Credit Controller, you will play a key role in managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. Duties will include:
Credit Control & Account Management
- Proactively chase outstanding payments via phone and email
- Monitor customer credit limits and escalate risks where necessary
- Process and reconcile payments via BACS, credit card, and other methods
- Investigate and resolve queries related to invoices and payments
- Prepare and distribute monthly customer statements and aged debt reports
Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Respond promptly and professionally to queries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities.
- Assist with general finance-related administrative tasks.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in credit control processes.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in credit control or accounts receivable is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
