About the role:
- Monday to Friday, 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
- 40 Hours per week
- 12 months (maternity cover)

Play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of goods to customers around the globe. This 12-month maternity cover position offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase your admin skills in a fast-paced, international environment.
Duties will include:
- Import & Export Management: Assist in the smooth clearance of imports and exports, handling letters of credit, customs valuation, export classification, and license applications
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hauliers, government agencies, customers, and internal teams (sales, production, finance)
- Customer Communication: Ensure effective communication regarding shipping schedules and requirements, liaising with customers about any delays
- Stock Control: Review and monitor daily power stock production, ensuring accurate information capture and recording
- Invoicing & Purchase Orders: Create purchase orders and receipt invoices accurately
Criteria:
- Previous experience in a busy administrative, sales or logistics environment
- Proficiency with ERP systems and the MS Office Suite
- Strong ability to define, plan, and manage work to meet deadlines
- Skilled in inputting and validating data and information
- Excellent skills in liaising with customers and key stakeholders
- Ability to create and deliver comprehensive sales and stock reports
