About the role:
- Hourly Rate: £13.26 per hour
- Location: Dairy Farm office, Belfast
- Hours of Work: 37 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
- Holidays: 35 days pro rata
- Duration: Temporary, ongoing

Duties will include:
- Undertake ‘scheduled’ and unscheduled’ tasks daily and maintain a daily logbook of all activities
- Carrying out Health and Safety checks in communal areas at low, medium and high rise flats
- Liaising and reporting repairs including visits to elderly or vulnerable tenants to assist in accurate reporting of repairs etc.
- Assist maintenance staff and tenants
- Working with grounds maintenance and office staff in addressing environmental issues
- Monitoring minor instances of nuisance and low level Anti-social behaviour
- Developing and maintaining links with local communities and their representatives
- Co-operating in community development through liaison with the statutory, voluntary and community sector
Criteria:
- Hold a BTEC National Certificate or equivalent Professional/Technical qualification* (Level 3) plus at least one year’s relevant customer service or general administrative experience
Or
- Have five GCSEs* (Level 2), or equivalent qualification, plus at least two years’ relevant customer service or general administrative experience
Or
- Can demonstrate three years’ experience in a relevant customer service role or general administrative experience
- Candidates must demonstrate relevant experience in dealing appropriately with customers in a challenging environment
- A full current driving licence and access to a form of transport.
- As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
