Production Technicians - Coleraine - Nicobrand
From their dedicated facility on the north coast of Ireland, Nicobrand manufacture and supply a complete spectrum of nicotine products from Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) under full pharmaceutical GMP to complex liquid and powder formulations for brands all over the world. About the role:
- Up to £27,673 per annum
- Various shifts including : Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week on a day shift
- Two shift pattern on a four week roster (average 39 hour week) 8.00 am / pm to 8.00 am / pm Monday to Wednesday three weeks out of four weeks - includes shift allowance
- Competitive salary
- Non contractual bonus of 8%

Your main focus will be to manufacture, dispense and package active ingredients and Granulate. Duties will include:
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- To be aware of personal and process safety and follow all company safety practices
- Maintain personal Right First Time metrics and work towards production targets and schedules
- To participate in the site training program including procedural and on the job training
- Manufacture of active ingredients, granulate, and process monitoring
- Competently operate process equipment used to manufacture active ingredients and granulates
- Ensure conformance with company quality and EHS policies & procedures
Criteria:
- Educated to GCSE level (Or Equivalent)
- Manufacturing experience in a GMP environment
- Accurate completion of manufacturing documentation including calculations
- Experience of using SCADA/ HMI systems to operate equipment
- Computer literate in word processing and spreadsheets
- Self motivated and capable of working within a small team
