About the role:
- Hourly Rate: £12.80 per hour
- Location: Coleraine
- Hours of Work: 37 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 4.30 pm (You may also be required to provide an emergency call out service, at night and weekends, on a rota basis)
- Holidays: 37 days pro rata
- Duration: Temporary, ongoing

Duties:
- Provide a plastering service and undertake a range of response maintenance and building work on the full range of Housing Executive properties.
- Minor work outside trade where required.
Criteria:
- Completed either time served or skills apprenticeship.
- At least 1 years’ post apprenticeship experience including.
- Full current driving licence or access to a form of transport.
- Flexible to provide an emergency call out service on evenings and weekends - rota basis.
- As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
