As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for optimising various digital channels, managing campaigns, and analysing data to enhance overall marketing performance. Duties will include:
- Develop performance marketing strategies
- Design and implement data-driven performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels such as PPC, SEM, social media, display advertising, and email
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance marketing efforts with overall marketing and business objectives
- Plan, launch, and monitor online advertising campaigns with a focus on maximizing ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct A/B testing
- Data analysis and reporting
- Budget management
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to optimise landing pages and creatives for improved conversion rates
- Stay ahead of current industry trends
Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3 years Performance Marketing Specialist experience or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance metrics
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
