Business Executive Assistant - Maghera - Permanent

About the role:

You will act as the backbone for the sales team, creating and updating sales specifications and pricing documents using ERP and engineering systems. Duties will include:
- Manage the sales team’s schedules ensuring they’re prepped for calls and visits
- Participate in sales calls to take minutes and coordinate follow-ups
- Support engineering team by ensuring timely paperwork flow to service clients
- Assist senior management in arranging travel and accommodations
- Handle incoming calls related to parts and service requests
- Play a pivotal role in organising company events and charity activities
Criteria:
- Possesses significant experience in a business environment
- Exhibits excellent computer literacy with a strong grasp of Microsoft Office
- Demonstrates strong numerical skills, particularly in handling pricing and costs
- Thrives in roles with substantial administrative tasks
- Is adaptable, can effectively prioritise tasks and has a proactive attitude
