Your focus will be to support the Maintenance and Engineering Manager by co-ordinating the daily and weekly planning of engineering tasks, ensuring appropriate resources are sourced and available. Duties will include:
* Receive and review work requests, ensuring all necessary information has been obtained and is accurate.
* Planning & Scheduling
* Identify and procure the required materials or specific service required
* Maintain effective communication with appropriate personnel including operations staff
* Procurement and sourcing of quality spare parts
* Promote and ensure compliance with the company’s health and safety policy
Criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar role ie administrator (within an engineering, manufacturing or industrial ) environment
- Strong communication skills
- Strong IT skills and confident using online systems
- Strong spread sheets/data entry skills,
- Confident in reporting of KPI's
