Clerical Officer - Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Lurgan
Join the team at the Northern Ireland Housing Executive in Lurgan as a Clerical Officer and provide essential administrative support to help ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of services. This is a great opportunity to build experience within a busy public sector environment while supporting day-to-day operations and delivering a high standard of customer service.
About the role:
- £13.05 per hour
- 37 hours per week
- Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm)
- Holidays: 35 days pro rata
- Duration: Temporary, ongoing

What you'll be doing in this role:
- Provide timely administrative and co-ordination support.
- Ensure data and reports are formatted correctly, to high standards of presentation using word, power point, excel and other IT software as required.
- Input data, maintain records and reporting systems.
- Telephone duties.
- Customer service.
What you'll need for this role:
- 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English
- 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar role
- IT/Microsoft Office Proficiency - Intermediate
- As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position
