Riada Resourcing is currently recruiting General Operatives on behalf of a number of leading employers in the Ballymena area.
These are excellent opportunities for individuals with previous manufacturing, production, warehousing or industrial experience who are seeking full-time employment with established local companies. A variety of shift patterns are available, including both day and night shifts, offering flexibility and the opportunity to develop skills within busy operational environments.

Key Duties:
- Working within manufacturing, production or warehouse environments
- Operating machinery and equipment in line with company procedures
- Assembly, packing and processing of products
- Picking, packing and preparing goods for dispatch
- Loading and unloading materials where required
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following health and safety guidelines
- Supporting team members to achieve daily production targets
Criteria
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, warehousing or similar environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
