Sales Manager (Industrial) - Permanent / (NI / Dublin North)

Benefits:
- £40,000 - 45,000 per annum Basic (OTE Uncapped- standard £80k)
- Work van, phone and laptop provided
- Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
- Evenings and weekends off
- 4 days out on the road and 1 day office based
- Given early responsibility in dealing directly with customers and suppliers
- Sell to global leaders within the agricultural, commercial, construction industries.
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by developing the team’s sales skills
- Building and promoting long-lasting customer relations
- Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to optimise sales
- Providing daily/weekly reports of sales results and communicating customer feedback at team meetings
Criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar sales lead / manager role
- Knowledge of the industrial market / products
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to identify new product and market opportunities.
- Proven experience in sales and providing excellent customer service
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office packages
- Current full driving licence
