About the role:
- £14.06 per hour
- Monday to Friday (9.00 am – 5.00 pm)
- 37 hours a week
- Duration: Temporary

What you'll be doing in this role:
- Take a key role in the delivery of a high quality recruitment and selection service through the provision of a range of management information both directly and through the supervision of staff in accordance with RSSC procedures, relevant employment legislation and best practice.
- Be responsible for ensuring that all system testing and fault management is carried out, investigating any discrepancies and liaising with ITS, system suppliers and customers on any issues identified, in line with agreed procedures.
- Work with the Systems, Reporting & Information Manager to support a fair and effective distribution of workload across the team, ensuring that work is prioritised appropriately and progressed in a timely manner.
- Take responsibility for overseeing the work of junior staff, ensuring they are appropriately trained and supported, and providing guidance on more complex cases requiring analysis and resolution.
- Ensure that available information is analysed to identify trends, blockages or delays impacting performance, supporting appropriate action to meet agreed key performance indicators.
- Oversee the provision of technical support to the RSSC team, candidates, internal and external customers in relation to E-recruitment systems.
What you'll need for this role:
- 2 A ‘Levels or equivalent / higher qualification; AND 12 months’ experience in a data analysis or reporting role. OR,
- 3 years’ experience in a data analysis or reporting role.
- Demonstrable experience in the use of IT systems, including advanced use of MS Excel and Power BI to develop reporting outputs or dashboards.
- Experience in the extraction, manipulation, analysis and presentation of data to support reporting requirements.
- Experience of working with data within business systems or databases.
