Administrator - Ballymoney - Full Time 
 
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing local manufacturing business during a busy trading period. Specialising in high-quality, bespoke window and door solutions, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering premium products and excellent customer service across Northern Ireland and beyond.

This short-term administrative role, expected to last approximately two months, will provide key support to the office team with day-to-day operations including handling customer enquiries, processing orders and documentation, maintaining records and supporting the smooth running of the business.

The role would suit someone who is organised, reliable and confident working in a busy office environment, with the ability to pick up systems quickly and work independently from the outset.
 
About the role:
  • £12.71 ph 
  • Monday to Friday
  • Full time temporary , 2 months initially 
  • Immediate start available 

What you'll be doing in this role:

  • Perform a variety of general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Coordinate and support office operations, including incoming and outgoing documentation
  • Provide reception support—welcome visitors and handle telephone and email enquiries
  • Assist with basic finance administration, such as processing orders and managing office supplies
  • Help maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Work collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth office and operational functions

What you'll need for this role:

  • Prior experience in office administration
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in standard office software
  • Good communication abilities (phone, email, in-person)
  • Ability to multi-task, manage documents, and support operational processes
