About the role:
- £12.65 per hour
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
- 37 hours per week
- McAllister House, Omagh
- Holidays: 35 days pro rata
- Duration: Temporary, ongoing

Duties include:
- Providing customer service on the phone, via email, and in person when required.
- Taking triages, and registering new housing and homeless cases.
- Assisting Housing Advisors with administrative duties including filing.
- Taking minutes at weekly team meetings.
- May be required to provide counter cover when needed.
Criteria:
- 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, to include Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications).
- 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar role with experience in administrative tasks and customer service experience.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, beginner IT proficiency.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently, or as part of a team.
- As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
