Event Promotional Staff - Portstewart, Portrush & Coleraine
This is your chance to be part of the action at the North West 200, one of Ireland’s biggest sporting events. Being a part of the Event Promotional Team you’ll be front and centre, engaging with the public, promoting a live competition and representing a brand with energy and professionalism in front of crowds of over 100,000 and some of the biggest names in the sport.
About this role:
- £12.71 per hour
- Commission bonus available - 10% of sales made
- Dates: 6th – 9th May 2026 – full availability across all dates is required
- Hours: 40 hours across the event, with a mix of shifts from early mornings to evening finishes
What you'll be doing in this role:
- Engaging with members of the public in a friendly, confident manner
- Promoting competitions and explaining entry details clearly
- Encouraging sign‑ups and supporting sales activity
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming promotional area
- Working as part of a wider promotional team to achieve daily target
What you'll need for this role:
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over
- Confident, outgoing and personable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual and well‑presented
- Comfortable working in busy outdoor environments
- Flexible with working hours (including longer event days)
- Previous promotional, sales or customer‑facing experience is an advantage (but not essential)
