Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Dungannon,

As a Production Operative (Sub-Assembly), you’ll play a vital role in the production process, supporting the sub-assembly line with a range of mechanical tasks.

What you'll be doing in this role:
- Interpret
and follow engineering drawings and instructions
- Fit
mechanical and hydraulic components using manual and power tools
- Safely
handle and move production parts
- Work
to daily production targets on the assembly line
- Participate
in continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain
high standards of health and safety at all times
What you'll need for this role:
- Previous
experience in a similar manufacturing or mechanical assembly role
- Confidence
using power tools and reading technical drawings
- Experience
in mechanical fitting and/or hydraulics (desirable)
- Strong
work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
- Good
problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexible
and adaptable to meet changing priorities
