Shipping Co-ordinator - Artigarvan - Permanent
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy manufacturing business in Artigarvan as a Shipping Co-ordinator on a part time basis. In this role, you will support the coordination of import and export activities, working closely with internal teams, customers and external stakeholders to ensure shipments are processed efficiently and in line with international trade requirements.

- Monday to Friday (9am - 1pm)

What you'll be doing in this role:
- Responsible for the smooth clearance of imports and exports, dealing with letters of credit, international, country of origin, customs valuation, screening, export classification and licence applications.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with relevant external (and internal) stakeholders including hauliers, government agencies, customers, sales, production and finance teams
- Ensure effective communication regarding shipping schedules and associated requirements to customers and liaise with customers regarding any delays to planned arrival dates
- Communicate with Technical department in relation to customer complaints and requests for product samples
- Review and monitor all power stock produced daily, ensuring all relevant information is recorded
- Maintain KPIs and inform appropriate stakeholders regarding issues/concerns.
- Assist with monthly stock reconciliations and complete stock transfer files when applicable.
- Maintenance and input of Sales and stock information to required databases and ERP systems
What you'll need for this role:
- Experience working within a busy fast paced administrative/sales/logistics environment
- Strong Administrative Systems Knowledge (ERP, MS Office Suite)
- Experience in defining, planning and managing work to defined deadlines
- Experience Interfacing with various functions within the overall business
- Experience inputting and validating data and information
- GCSE English & Mathematics Grade C or above or equivalent.
