About the role:
- £12.50 (possible shift allowance)
- Immediate starts available!
- (Week 1) 3-day week (6am-6pm) Tues Wed & Thurs and 3-day week
- (Week 2) 4-day week Mon, Tues, Fri & Sat (6am – 6pm with Saturday being 6am – 5pm)
- Pattern of work will be agreed following successful interview. Shift allowance will be payable.
- 30 days annual leave
What you'll be doing in this role:
- Follow all company Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) procedures.
- Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets and maintain efficiency.
- Communicate progress regularly with Team Leaders and complete daily records (e.g. timesheets).
- Take part in Operational Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area (housekeeping duties).
- Support across different areas of production as required and attend relevant training.
What you'll need for this role:
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, agriculture, or a similar industry.
- Awareness of Health & Safety standards and willingness to maintain cleanliness.
- Flexibility in working hours and ability to adapt to changing duties.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand written and spoken English.
