Admin Assistant - Belfast
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the public sector in Belfast as an Admin Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to a busy team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of departmental services while delivering a high standard of organisation and communication.
About the role:
- £14.06 per hour
- Commencing 18th March 2026 for a 4 month period, with possibility of extension
- Monday - Friday (8:00am - 4:00pm)
- Public sector

What you'll be doing in this role:
- Primarily data input
- Performing compliance reviews of locum doctor files
- Comparing received documentation with required standards and recording all details.
What you'll need for this role:
- HNC/HND or equivalent/higher qualification in an administrative related field and 1 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role.
- OR 4 GCSE’s at grade C or above to include English Language and Maths or equivalent qualificationand and 2 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role
- OR 3 year's secretarial/clerical experience
- Excellent excel skills
- Demonstrated organisational skills
- Good time-keeping and attendance records
