Service Improvement Programme Manager - Belfast
Join the public sector in Belfast as a Service Improvement Programme Manager and play a key role in assisting in the development of effective performance management arrangements to achieve performance targets.
About the role:
- £32.96 per hour
- Linenhall Street, Belfast
- Part time - 3 days per week
- Temporary for 12 months

What you'll be doing in this role:
- To lead in supporting the delivery of one or more of the above work streams but to assist in the effective delivery of all the work streams by effective liaison with appropriate services including allied health professions.
- To take lead role in the analysis of multifaceted problems and identification of appropriate solutions.
- To work with Departmental colleagues, Local Commissioning Groups (LCGs), and HSC Trusts to implement solutions and provide ongoing support.
- To systematically review services in the relevant workstream(s), making proposals for reform and modernisation and to put in place sound performance management systems, for the review of same.
- To support the development of performance monitoring systems to support performance management of regional strategies in relation to the above services.
What you'll need for this role:
- A university degree or relevant professional qualification and have at least 2 years, in the last 5 years, experience working at a Senior Management level in an operational or performance management environment.

OR at least 3 years' experience in the last 5 years working at a Senior Management level in an operational or performance management environment.

Worked with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation, to achieve successful outcomes.

Demonstrate evidence of personal responsibility for achieving measurable improvements, at departmental level, across a range of activities.

Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment.
