Clerical Officer - Omagh

About the role:
- £12.21 per hour
- Location: Omagh
- Hours of Work: 30 hours per week across 4 days
- Duration: Temporary for 2 months with possibility of extension

What you'll be doing in this role:
- Undertake reception duties, which will include dealing with telephone enquiries
efficiently and with courtesy.
- Operation of computerised information system.
- Distribution of incoming mail/post to relevant staff.
- Prioritise and organise work effectively.
- Provide clerical support to Social Work Teams as and when required.
- Compliance with all relevant legislation and Trust policies relating to data protection
and confidentiality of information.
- Ordering stationery as and when required.
What you'll need for this role:
- 5 GCSE’s (Grades A-C) including English Language or
equivalent or higher educational standard. OR,
- 2 years’ administrative/clerical experience.
- Ability to handle information confidentially.
- Knowledge of computer packages (E.g. MS Office, Email
etc).
