IT Factory Projects Coordinator - Ballymena - Permanent
 
An exciting opportunity for an IT Factory Projects Coordinator to join a leading manufacturing company in Ballymena. The role will focus on deploying Factory Track, Infor’s integrated shop floor and quality management solution, while driving digital process improvements to enhance data visibility and operational efficiency.
 
About the role:
  • £30,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)
  • 40 hours a week
  • 30 days of annual leave (including statutory holidays)

What you'll be doing in this role:
  • Lead project management for the implementation of Factory Track on the shop floor.
  • Identify, trial, and establish the most efficient workflows using the system.
  • Scope and document system modifications to optimise performance.
  • Design and implement BarTender labels for product tracking.
  • Conduct thorough system testing with pilot users and stakeholders.
  • Set up Factory Track terminals and configure user accounts on shop floor systems.
  • Provide user training and ongoing technical support to staff.
  • Train managers to analyse data and identify trends to inform decision-making.
  • Develop data views and dashboards to support transparent information sharing.
What you'll need for this role:
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
  • Logical understanding of databases and software tables.
  • Proven problem-solving ability with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Effective communication and training skills.
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness and professionalism when working with internal teams.
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
