Sales Coordinator – Magherafelt - Permanent

You'll be responsible for generating leads, coordinating enquiries and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and other departments. What you'll be doing in this role:
- Identify and research potential leads using online tools, databases and industry sources.
- Qualify leads and assist the sales team with information to enable effective follow-up.
- Monitor and track incoming multi-divisional enquiries, ensuring timely sharing with the relevant estimating teams and progressing to meet customer deadlines.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in relevant CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Coordinate follow-ups on quotations to improve customer engagement and secure business
- Track sales activities, generate reports including analysis of lost opportunities and trends.
- Support marketing campaigns and follow-up activities, representing the company at trade shows and industry events where required.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and provide regular updates to the wider sales team.
Criteria:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the use of IT packages including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Willingness to undertake relevant training, including sales techniques such as Relationship-Based Selling, Solution Selling, or Consultative Selling.
- A proactive and analytical approach to customer data and lead conversion strategies.
- Previous experience in a similar sales support or coordination role is desirable.
