Office Administrator - Coleraine - Permanent (Part-Time)

About the role:
- £Competitive salary
- Monday to Friday (Afternoons)
- Saturdays 1PM Finish
- Hours: 20 - 24 hours per week
- Job Type: Part-time
What you'll be doing in this role:
- Answering and directing telephone calls in a professional manner
- Managing email and written correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Scheduling appointments for event arrangements, viewings, and services
- Preparing and filing documentation (e.g., legal forms, contracts)
- Handling data entry with accuracy and discretion
- Managing stock levels of office and supplies
- Ensuring all paperwork complies with legal and regulatory standards
- Handling sensitive personal data in accordance with GDPR and company policies
