Personal Assistant - Magherafelt - Permanent
We are seeking a highly organised, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a key role that requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism.
As the right hand to the Managing Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality, and acting as a reliable liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:
- Proactively manage the diary and schedule, including organising and co-ordinating regular team meetings
- Plan and deliver accurate, high-quality work while managing competing deadlines and shifting priorities
- Prepare professional documentation including agendas, reports, presentations and correspondence
- Provide administration support to the wider team as required and ensure matters arising from meetings are dealt with by the appropriate people within agreed timescales
- Research to assist the Group MD with their own duties in preparation for meetings and presentations
- Manage internal and external communications, prioritising and responding to emails, calls and post on behalf of stakeholders
- Organise and manage events, lunches including dietary requirements
- Attending training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills
- Adhere to the company Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental Policy and other requirements, always representing and implementing an excellent professional image of HBL to our Heron People and all stakeholders, committed to positive and productive working relationships
- Any other work as required by the Group MD.
What you'll need for this role:
- Good educational attainment including min GCSE/equivalent Mathematics & English -
Min HND qualification
- At least 2 years employment experience of working as a PA
- Excellent IT skills and confident using Microsoft Packages, Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build trusted relationships with team
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines
- Strong attention to detail.
